Not Just for Exercising

I never before watched Secrets of a Restaurant Chef (Foodnetwork), and decided to one early afternoon (Tyler's Ultimate was just before, which I was watching - I like Tyler Florence).

I saw a dish on this program which interested me and wanted to try it - Pollo al Mattone.  I, again, of course varied the recipe to the ingredients I already had in my kitchen/living room (living room you ask? yes, my living room, take a gander at my photo).  I must say that the chicken was quite tasty, and will, in the future, make this dish again.

I used a 32.5 lb kettle bell as a weight instead of a brick

For squats and arm curls, to name just a couple of exercises.
The one you see in the photo is my DH's, mine is a mere 8.8 lbs. (4 kgs.)
