Let's Cook ... Beef Stroganoff

Dinner was simple...Beef Stroganoff, but not with the usual noodles.  Instead, I made a staple (and his favourite these days), mashed potatoes.
When asked what's for dinner, he smiled and asked am I trying to appease him.  Well, perhaps.
