I had some leftover evaporated milk and light cream from previous dishes and didn't want them to spoil. I also had some panattone that was getting stale, not moldy, but just getting drier. So, I was trying to figure what can I make with little effort, and then it dawned on me - bread pudding.
I saw my mom make bread pudding a couple of times, and vaguely remembered what ingredients went into it. I called her for a refresher and voila, here it is:
