Cauliflower is good for you, as I think is any vegetable. But I don't like preparing it, it is just so MESSY.
I have half of a head of cauliflower sitting in my fridge for ages now, just because I don't want all those pieces of florets all of the kitchen table and floor (I just checked it, I had to throw it out).
Having said that I found, what I hope to be a very delicious recipe and will brave the mess and make this dish for dinner tonight - Cauliflower, Potato and Tomato Gratin
